Beginners Yoga
Explore the fundamentals of a flowing yoga practice as well as traditional poses, pranayama (breathing techniques) and yoga philosophy. Work at your own level in a safe and supportive environment. Modifications will be offered as you practice each pose.

Everybody Flow / Sun Salutation Flow
These classes unite your breath with your body offering a variety of poses accessible to all. Classes will include poses that develop core strength and balance in the body, as well as increasing flexibility and range of motion. This is an all-levels class. Calm your mind and shed tension from the body.

Slow Flow
This class is appropriate for the beginner student as well as the seasoned yoga practitioner who would like to slow down their pace. We take time moving in and out of the poses and focus on looking inward to feel the benefits of each pose. This is an all-levels class. Leave feeling energized and stress free.
